Scrum or Kanban

I found a great article on Kanban and Scurm which inspired me to implement Kanban software development process in my organization. The reasons for me to choose Kanban over Scrum can be summarized below.

• Our organization does not have software developments process.
• Kanban has less rules than Scrum. Therefore implementing it will be easy.
